The Tax Collector's Office is responsible for the collection of all Real Estate, including Sewer Liens and Income & Expense Liens, Personal Property and Motor Vehicle Excise taxes.

Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills are due quarterly, August 1st, November 1st, February 1st and May 1st.

Motor Vehicle Excise tax bills are sent at various times when the information is received from the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Payment is due 30 days after the date of issue.

The tax rate for Fiscal Year 2013 is $16.95 for residential and $29.21 for commercial property.
