The Community Development Office administers state and federal grant programs from agencies such as the Department of Housing and Community Development and the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency.  All programs and most administrative expenses are funded through grant funds.

  A variety of programs are administered through this office; many designed to benefit low- to moderate-income persons and families.
