U.S. Census Bureau Data on Disability - Provides disability data based on three primary sources: the Survey of Income and Program Participation(SIPP), the decennial census of population, and the Current Population Survey(CPS). U.S. Medicare - Generally, Medicare is available for people age 65 or older, younger people with disabilities and people with End Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or transplant). Medicare has two parts, Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Part B (Medicare Insurance).

U.S. National Council on Disability - Disability - NCD promotes policies, programs, practices, and procedures that guarantee equal opportunity for all individuals with disabilities, regardless of the nature of severity of the disability; and to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve economic self-sufficiency, independent living, and inclusion and integration into all aspects of society.
