Milford (Massachusetts) 9-1-1 Emergency Services Can Now Respond to "Silent Calls"
If you need to call 9-1-1 and are unable to speak for any reason including physical disability or no access to a TTY, follow these simple instructions using a touch-tone telephone: First: Dial 9-1-1, then if you need: Police press (1), Fire press (2), an Ambulance, press (3). The 9-1-1 dispatcher will then send the appropriate responding agency.

After submitting this document and then dialing 911, your important personal information will appear before the emergency response person and it will be passed on to responding emergency personnel. If the disability indicator form is not completed properly, the information will not be entered into the 9-1-1 system.
